Staff are wonderful . Very noisy outside with garbage truck beeping etc. 5:30am why are there no flowers in the pots on balconies? Place looks drab and boring.

The stay was fine. There needs to be some upgrades. It costs too much for theater to be broken furniture in the rooms, vents with dirt and dust hanging and mold in bathroom.

It rained in the hotel multiple nights, heat didn’t work in 2 of the 3 rooms my family stayed in. Had to pay for parking that wasn’t secure and also not always fully accessible

Just being picky
Nice hotel, friendly staff, room a little rough. Chipped tub, tub spout not attached properly, all soaps in shower were empty, drill bit sitting on chair with a screw. Could be really nice with a little touch ups but didn’t stay in the room much so it was fine for what I needed.

Unpleasantries of Embassy Suites Hotel Room
The hotel room furniture was chipped in numerous areas. The shower ceiling had black residue in the corners. The toilet still had the installation instructions sticker in place. The bathroom ceiling was plastered / painted numerous shades of white. The pillows needed to be replaced as most were completely flat. Carpet had several areas that were sticky to your bare feet.
