The desk agent when we checked in was exceptional at 10pm. We woke up and she was back and there were computer issues, rekeying issues and other problems out of her control. She had maybe had 8 hours in between shifts but was as calm, kind, helpful and accommodating even with the stress of nothing working. She was a 5star employee.

I cant spoke on the entire hotel but there is major room for improvement A random piece of furniture that was supposed to be secured to the wall fell on my 2 year old daughter on day 1 of 4. That killed it for me, plus no additional actions were taken of then removing the radom piece of furniture out of the room. I dont think I even recieved an official apology.

Terrible service at this hotel! They couldn’t provide us with a soap just saying they ran out and not even bothering to try and do something about it. Asked for towels, didn’t get them until I asked 3 times Room smelled of smoke while being no smoking room.

I really like this hotel as it was clean and close to everywhere I needed to get to on this trip. I also like the height of the beds. Sometimes at my height, it can be challenging to get into and out of a bed that is high from the floor. I didn't like that the sink had an odor coming from the drain pipe. Hospitality should use vinegar to clean the drains every so often. Some people don't respect the sink for it's intended use and will pour anything down the drain. Lastly, you might consider using a high duster to run across the ceilings to remove spider webs.
