Strictly okay. The pipes are rusted and there is dusty mold on the steps of the lazy river. Also it gets so crowded with the double floaties that you are in traffic jam. We got to our room at 4:16 p.m. And it wasn't clean. We didn't even have sheets or clean towels to use. We called the office twice between 4:16 and 5:00 and was told that maid service was coming and was even hung up on the second time by a gentleman by the name of Stephen. Took my family downstairs and enjoyed the water park and got to our room by 9:00 only to find out our room is still not clean. We practically had to beg management to either give us a new room or to clean our room. 11:00 p.m. came and our room is still not clean so we left manager said that she would give us a full refund through Expedia for our our 3-day stay
