Mixed Experience with Outstanding Staff The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Their welcoming attitude and friendliness stood out as exceptional, proving that good hospitality still exists even when other aspects fall short. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major concern throughout the facility. The bathroom door in our room was particularly dirty, and we even found a used dental floss pick on the bathroom floor – an unacceptable oversight in room preparation. A thorough deep cleaning of the entire facility is urgently needed to meet basic hospitality standards. The breakfast service needs significant improvement: Limited fresh fruit selection Insufficient beverage options Overall buffet variety could be expanded Additional issues: The on-site convenience store lacked basic beverages Linens appear worn and need replacement Recommendations for Management: Implement rigorous cleaning protocols Update room linens Enhance breakfast offerings Restock convenience store with essential items While the exceptional staff provides a solid foundation for success, the property requires immediate attention to cleanliness and amenity improvements to justify the room rates and meet guest expectations. Close, but no cigar!
The staff was great and I enjoyed interacting with them. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. I only have two negative comments; the rooms are only cleaned every other day if staying more than one day. The shower water pressure was very low; on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, the pressure was about 3.5, making it difficult to get the soap off oneself once applied. The staff was aware that some rooms were like this, but not all rooms. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was very good. It would have been nice if breakfast items were available during the entire breakfast serving time. I entered the breakfast area 30 minutes before closing and the eggs, sausage and potatoes were all but gone. I asked if more was available and was informed, no.

We got two rooms. The rooms smelled bad. My son said his room smelled of smoke. Ours smelled old and musty. There were two young men laying on the couches in the bar/cafe with their shoes off as you walk in the door. Did not see anybody working at the bar, so not sure if they were guests or workers? The desk clerk was nice. Lights went out in the whole place for about half a minute.

Front desk and cleaning crew were very kind. Breakfast was great! They also have different waffle batter options (Red velvet, cinnamon roll, etc) There are shopping and restaurants close by. The pool is kind of small and could use some cleaning but other than that it was a nice stay for 5 days.
