Front desk was friendly, clean room, more towels (only 2 and we had 3 ppl) would be nice but we didn’t call and ask in fairness, because we arrived late at night. Hot coffee and good breakfast. Women’s restroom was out of toilet paper but refilled right away when I advised. Second stay here- just moved to town.

Not really, As the carpet was uneven, the toilet paper holder was lose and flopping around when you use it. The paint is uneven and hazy, Carpets dirty, Personal were great!! No complaints there. The cleaning personal were very nice but did not speak English! Not sure why. Overall, I will not stay with them any longer. I find the very sad.

This was the worst Hampton Inn experience. The carpets were filthy. When we turned the air on, there was a strange musty smell that left us coughing all night. When the air would reach its temp and cut off, immediately it became musty and warm and we would have to get out of bed and turn it down even lower. There were 3 of us and only 2 towels in the room. The shower handle was broke and about to fall off so there was little pressure and only a slight spray of water. Most of the water was coming out of the faucet and the mechanism to adjust to shower or tub was welded in place so we were unable to get the full shower spray. The door key wouldn't work on our first room and after 3 times of going back down to the front desk, we were moved to the room described above. We stayed in this hotel on Christmas Eve and spent Christmas Day with our family exhausted and barely showered. I would not recommend this hotel.

They met all of our needs with a happy heart. We needed a shower stool and they were prompt to see that we had it in our room. The hotel is clean and a wonderful location with all of the construction taking place in Rockwall. We love staying in that hotel
