I didn't like that my husband got stuck in the elevator between floors and the fire department had to rescue him. The choices for breakfast was very limited. Our door into our room rubbed at the top & wouldn't close without pushing very hard on it. It was a nice quiet place that was close to the hospital where we have family in ICU.

It was a business trip, so it really didn’t matter much. But I did mention to staff that room 521 door was off track and anyone would have to lift the door up to open and close it properly. I was in the room for 6 days and it was never fixed. But, for the cost it wasn’t worth the hassle

The property was listed on Expedia as pet friendly but when you make the non refundable reservation and show up to check in they tell You there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee. This was not told to me upon reservation. I showed them my service dog paperwork and they still said there was a fee. I went back in the morning to discuss further and they did not charge me. They need to get this figured out and communicated properly so as not to upset any further customers. I appreciated them not charging me this time but will not stay at a comfort inn again if they have a pet fee that is not refundable. Deposits are completely understandable.

I was there with family and kids. When we checked in at hotel around 10 PM, we saw lot of people outside and felt very unsafe and ver disturbed. We are given with un-cleaned rooms, after request he changed. One of the floor has very dirty smell. No option for breakfast.
