The staff is always very nice.Ben really atands out with the hospitality. He is on point with recommendations and solutions. He could answer all my questions and he made me and my sons feel at home especially on Christmas when we didnt have anyone else.

Rooms are big and spacious. Friendly staff. Went downstairs to purchase a water, receptionist offered it for free instead. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels and NEVER do they offer me free water. Usually charged to my room, so it’s nice gesture on the hotel staff.

We had to wait to check in in order for the clerk to finish her personal call on her cellphone while sitting at the front desk. Also, there was barely any hot water. I took a cold shower, in December. There are a lot of similar hotel options in the area. Do yourself a favor and choose one of those.

Our stay was wonderful! We pulled into Allen bone tired, and the hotel was great. The room was spotless, and the little touches were wonderful. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I had no problems, even with my back issues. The breakfast was yummy as well!
