The beds are more of a firm mattress so it felt like I was laying on concrete, which seems ironic because when I look out the window, I see about 10 homeless people sleeping outside on the sidewalk. That’s not really something. I wanna see when I come to the area Plus the valet is expensive for the lack of people they have working if they had more people working the valet the ballet would work wonderfully. We waited 30 minutes to get our car when we were leaving that’s uncalled for and unacceptable for a $45 valet charge. I did not get up early enough to eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that other reviews say it was a good breakfast. Sorry I missed out. My room said it was 68° but I was sweating in my bed so I don’t know what’s up with that. I don’t know if I’m having like perimenopause symptoms so that might be just a me thing but I thought that was odd my husband was not cold Nor hot so he thinks maybe it was around 74 in the room 73 possibly.
We also used Uber to get around town FYI Uber jacks up the prices after midnight so our 1 mile car ride was $35 and it only took us eight dollars to get there earlier that evening. I know that has nothing to do with the hotel but I just wanted y’all to know that if you’re reading this. It was a good stop in town around all the restaurants. I just couldn’t help to see ALL the homeless people. It’s sad! Dallas needs to cleanup there streets! Overall for the price you get what you get. I would have loved self parking.
