mixed bag
$60+ daily valet parking service was not mentioned in listing, a sure disappointment. Room was great, and breakfast was top notch. Only two of four elevators were working during our three night stay, and downtown area is clearly in decline.

We picked this hotel bc of location and the indoor pool. It was a very nice stay. The room had plenty of room and the bathroom was oversized. The indoor pool was great but the water was really cold!

The staff were great! The room we stayed in seemed really nice at first but you quickly realize the room was dated. The shower had one temperature, HOT, which my wife didn’t mind. The bed was very firm! I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but mainly because of the bed. Also the room is not quiet, the road noise is crazy all into the night. City life I guess.

Do not stay here!
Pool heater was broken water was ice cold. Fan in bathroom was broken. Bed was hard and lumpy. View from 18th floor was terrible. Parking is $50+ per night and was not disclosed prior to making reservation. Lots of homeless people around the hotel.

First there had been some sort of incident and there were loud fans and tarp down on our floor and workers present most of the time that we had to weave around when entering and exiting the room. Second, as we were unpacking we heard the door open and another couple walked in. They had just checked in and were given our room and keys that worked. Very scary experience.
