This hotel has a resident side and hotel guest side not knowing that when we went to our room we went to the resident side I called the front desk because since we were at the wrong side my key didn’t work he said I’ll be right there well we waited and waited and waited nobody ever came so we went down there and he said you were on the wrong side you were on the residents side So I’m like well why didn’t you go get us or send somebody to go get us he said I told you the elevator was behind me this way I didn’t hear him say that so we just went to the elevator right by where we left our car for the valet service. So I thought that was kinda crappy

Worth a visit
The downtown area is a little sketchy but this hotel was great. Also loved that Starbucks was downstairs.
