Nice stay for a couple nights!
Great stay! Easy checkin, breakfast was basic but still delicious. Cereal, waffle makers, toaster, eggs, sausage, baked goods, oatmeal and fruit were options. Small store at front desk had enough options to kill a midnight craving. Our room was clean, bed was ok comfy, on the firmer side. Couch bed was ok for my teenager. Fridge and microwave in room as well.

Wow, what a fantastic stay!
What an amazing hotel for the prices it goes far beyond a hotel three times its cost!! If you are in need of a hotel in Dallas, stay here!! Friendly, GREAT breakfast, and clean accommodation. My only sad was the comfort of the mattress… way too hard for me!

Decent hotel, but bad experience with GLEN
All was going well until I called the front desk to report some extremely loud and unruly guests on my floor after 11 pm. Glen, the night desk guy, asked me if I wanted him to come up and help me say something to them. UM, NO, Glen, that is your job. Also, the trash can outside was overflowing for most of my 3-night stay. Brittney was awesome. Glen, someone needs to remind you that YOU are paid to be there, and guests are PAYING to be there, not do your job. The area is not the best anyway, so me getting up in my sleep attire to control wild guests is NOT on my list of things to do when I am a paying guest.
