The pool was open but it wasn’t clean nor was it working. The young lady on the afternoon/evening shift was AMAZING!! The breakfast was really well for a hotel! Other than the pool I was very impressed!

The hotel was very close to down town Baylor hospital with a great price. It was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and plenty of parking. Will stay there again.

Our stay was okay. Nothing extraordinary. The bed wasn’t comfortable, fridge wasn’t that cold and staff was rude at times. A lot of homeless people in the area. Not my worst stay but would not stay there again.

I do like the way that they're thinking ahead, because when the staff prepares the rooms they don't put out bars of soap but bottles of soap that take care of things better which actually makes it easier on the staff and so if you make it easier on a staff you going to make it easier on the guests because everybody is happy!
