I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites, and my experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The lobby was immaculate, with modern decor and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The room was spotless and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds, crisp linens, and a spacious bathroom. The housekeeping staff clearly take pride in their work, as every detail was attended to with care. I appreciated the little touches, like the neatly arranged toiletries and the fresh scent in the room. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The variety of options was impressive, with fresh fruit, hot items, and delicious pastries. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating for guests. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their commitment to excellent service was evident in every interaction. Customer service with one individual could have been better mainly due to poor communication or just not knowing more about the hotel amenities. The food was just okay and no waffle machine. Although most times I do not get my room cleaned every day, I was taken aback when I learned of their policy of only cleaning rooms every other day. One day only the beds were attended to. We had to take the trash down the hall to the attendant to dispose.

Great hotel!
This was a great stay. I would definitely stay here again very updated. Everything was clean. Breakfast was great. The only issue I had were the pillows were too flat for my liking, especially since we reserved a king bedroom. I expected a bit more pillows.

This was one of my best stays in the DFW area. The breakfast line up made my entire family happy and full before our adventure around the city. We needed some extra towels and toiletries, which the staff was very accommodating. The room was quiet and clean after a long day. I didn't get to see the pool but I'm sure we will be back!
