I would have given it 5 stars across the board, but I found the service lacking because they failed to post or otherwise notify customers that they will not service your room except upon request. Then when I called the front desk for clean towels, they did not bring the up, nor offer to pickup the used one or empty the trash. I had to empty the garbage in the hall receptacle, take the dirty towels down to the desk, and pick up the clean linen.

What I liked most is the staff were friendly and when I asked for anything, they provided it. The room was clean and the hallways, fitness center, and pool areas were also kept clean.

Hotel and staff were excellent. Only negatives were average breakfast and traffic on adjacent highway could be heard all night long making it hard to sleep. Not very good insulation.
