The overall experience was decent until the day before my checkout. I needed to extend my stay by one more day, but the process was frustrating. The front desk attendant was unavailable for nearly an hour, and when we called, neither the manager nor the listed number responded. About an hour later, the manager finally showed up and was noticeably unkind about our request to extend the stay. On the positive side, the facility is new, very clean, and features modern kitchen and restroom amenities. However, the service would benefit from having more attentive and accommodating staff.

My family and I have stayed here 3x and have loved it every time! My kids absolutely love the pool, while I love the lobby, breakfast, and service! The complimentary tea and coffee at all hours is also a plus! This place is definitely a family favorite

We had never been to this property before. We wanted to find somewhere close to DFW since our flight is very early in the morning. The lady who checked us in was beyond wonderful. She was so sweet and helped us with absolutely anything we needed. I would recommend going to this hotel highly.
