It is sketchy and dirty. Front desk is nice but the rooms, stairs, floors, beds, curtains, furniture, and some of bathrooms are gross. Not ok. Couldn’t stay there the 2nd night.
No elevator, no fridge in the room, no discount. We had to stay downstairs due to a disability. Dirty carpet, falling apart. The staff was at least nice.
Apt style w/cookware. NO BREAKFAST/NO ELEVATOR!!!!
Stay was great. Budget friendly. Apt style hotel woth kitchen pots, pans, plates, dinnerware, stove top and full size fridge/freezer. NO BREAKFAST AND NO ELEVATOR(no sign for either and ZERO notification of such) these are the two HUGE concerns with this hotel. Very spacious. Windows open for fresh air. Hotel has slight odor of curry/smoke but not overbearing.
Literally the worst hotel I've been to. Do not stay here! The roaches were so bad, I checked 15 min after checking in! Thank God the Springhill Suites had availability!
Place not up to fire code. Staff and fire department unable to get elevator working after fire alarm cleared. Electrical outlets uncovered in rooms. Our room had an awful chemical smell. Refrigerator did not work. Staff untrained and unable to answer questions. Staff from next shift had no idea what had happened on previous shift.
Suppose to have continental breakfast, but did not.
The concierge service is horrible; the man was very rude and bad-tempered. The room was dirty, there was a cockroach in the kitchen, and the hairdryer was sticky. Even so, they refused to cancel the reservation I had for another day and Hotels.com turned into a pumpkin doing nothing...
