For a “luxury” hotel, the Hilton Anatole feels anything but. Parking costs extra, water bottles in the room are $4 each unless you have status, and there’s a $30 daily “amenity” fee that most high-end hotels include in the room rate. On top of that, they place a $150 per night “resort hold” on your credit card — not per stay, per night. It all adds up fast and makes the experience feel cheap and frustrating. The property looks nice, but the endless add-on charges ruin the sense of luxury. You can find much better value (and hospitality) elsewhere in Dallas.

Cheap room for luxury price

Air quality was poor. Room want clean found dirty towels in the bathroom. Drawers wouldn't stay closed on the dresser. The bed felt like it was from the 90s with a topper put on it. I have started at hotels for less than $150 a night with better rooms.

The hotel seemed more interest in satisfying the conventions going on instead of people on vacation. None of the dining options were open. There are children in the hot tub and swim up bar. We were placed in a room with no windows without prior knowledge and switching rooms was very poorly handled due to the staff only accommodating the conventions happening

The hotel is nice and huge. We only went to the indoor pool because it was too cold outside. The indoor pool water was too chilly for my 5 years old so we hung out in the whirlpool for a bit while my 7 years old swam in the pool.

Perfect for family with small children or romantic getaway. Definitely go during warm weather to take advantage of Jade Waters pool park. Yard games were also lots of fun. Room for improvement: arcade games expensive—wish they were coin-operated instead of having to buy a game card then load. Also water pressure in our room could have been better— not strong enough to wash your hair thoroughly.
