Has always been a great stay. However, we experienced some hardship trying to recover a coat that was left behind in a closet. It was reported the same day, yet, we had to keep pressing (for 2 days) to get it back because housekeeping didn’t turn it in and wouldn't answer the phone. We didn’t appreciate having to ask different staff for help (on different days) especially because there was no sense of urgency. We finally had to stand, for an extended time, at the front desk and insist that our property be located and returned.

This is our second time staying here over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The hotel beds are very comfortable and the hotel was already decorated for the holidays. The restaurants are nice and were conveniently open on Thanksgiving day. Will stay here again.

We were planning on staying at the Gaylord, but realized quickly the crowds and expense weren’t worth it. This hotel was minutes away from the Gaylord but had the quiet atmosphere we wanted in the evening. And the price was perfect. The breakfast buffet was right at $15 per person with an omelette bar. Will stay again!

It was a wedding near by. All relatives and wedding party stayed here. Had a great time, although bar closed at 10 and could have stayed longer after the wedding.
