The room was close the elevator and there was a lot noise in the hallway. The bathroom was clogged and toilet was stained and didn’t look good. Tried to switch from heat to AC cold at around midnight - it started working at 9am!

I left my curling iron in the room after check out I called & it will be shipped to me. So I am still waiting for my item. Hopefully it will arrive soon. If that happens even though I had to pay $35 dollars, I would be impressed. I’ve worked in the hotel industry so I am critical but this hotel did a great job in meeting my expectations.

While the property is expansive there are limited dining choices on property and near by. You have to go into downtown to have any options. The bar and Resturant are basic so if you want any real variety its off-site.

The ac was not working in the rooms due to the Chiller not working. They had to bring us a box fan because the room didn’t below 70 degrees. Of course no one told us this when we checked in the hotel.

The water sink was clogged, the room is very old, so many cracks in the wall and bathroom, i have to call twice to get a service done for tooth paste or water bottle, they dont clean rooms on daily basis.
