The property was nice. However, I didn’t like that there was no free continental breakfast after paying $100 a night. Also there was no indication that they did not do room service unless requested. The staff was nice. The left side elevator was messing up. The door would open and semiclose then open again. It would do that like 3 times before it closed all the way. Not sure how often the trash is taken out. The trash by the floor on the fourth floor stunk. So for those reasons I give them 3 stars.

Subpar Stay!
This hotel was subpar at best. The walls are extremely thin because I could hear my neighbors conversations at 2am. The inside pool area attracted us to book this stay but there wasn’t proper ventilation in the pool area so it ended up giving my pregnant wife a really bed headache. We had to prop the door open to keep the chlorine smell from making us dizzy so we didn’t stay in the pool area for too long. Th hotel also took a $50 deposit and never gave it back without an explanation of why they didn’t return the deposit…. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

At check-in, the employee checking us in was not friendly at all. She asked if I was a Hilton honors member and I said no. Then she pulled up something and said “well you aren’t a HH member”. Then she needed to see a credit card so I have a credit card with no number except on app- the number is not on the card - her response, in a rude tone, “I need a card with numbers on it” so I pulled it up in wallet on my phone. I let the person behind me go first because she just wanted a drink and the same employee points to the side and says “ you can just ring it up yourself there”. The other guest was trying to verify she could charge it to the room from that kiosk and the employ was curt in her response. She gave answers but her tone was not friendly at all. One elevator was dirty upon arrival and dirtier the next morning. However, the rest of facility was clean and the rest of the staff was friendly especially the young man at breakfast. The interstate noise is a little loud at night but it is right by the interstate.
