We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was polite and attentive. When we got to our room we learned it was handicap accessible. Usually not a problem, but in this case, the bed was very low to the ground and hard. The curtains were activated by a switch across the room, but was not connected at the time. So I had to climb up and connect the cord to power the curtains. we went to the front desk and requested another room which turned out to be very nice and quiet. And the bed was much more comfortable. The parking can be challenging since it is shared with the city of Grand Prairie. There is an underground garage, but it fills up quickly. Overall would stay here again.
