Reserved this room for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids. The pull out sofa was broken and the room didn’t have extra sheets, pillows or blanket for it. With it being broken, I wasn’t letting anyone sleep on it. So all 3 kiddos had to pile on the queen bed. The bathroom sink, the plug for the sink was broken and the water drained very badly. Don’t believe we will stay at this location again.

My husband is wheelchair bound, unable to stand at all. We were down in Texas for therapy and brought our two kids with us. Staying with you for 5 nights. I booked an accessible room that showed a shower bench. Upon entering the room non of that was in there. The front end told me the only accessible room is a king size bed. How do you expect a FAMILY with a husband in a wheel chair to stay ONLY in a room with a king size bed.. you need to broaden your accessible options and offer two queen beds with a roll in shower. It was the worst experience we ever had. Once we finally found something the bathroom door was broke and the blinds didn’t work. The pool smelled like fungus so my two kids could swim for two days until it was cleaned.

Overall decent stay but the bathroom was not in very good shape. There was moderate water damage on ceiling and wall that hadn’t been repaired and also the shower curtain was torn up pretty bad. The staff was helpful and friendly

Very noisy if asigned a room on the 190 side od the bldg. Bath sink was slow to drain and shower doors didn't stay shut because the headrail was out of level. Bed was comfortable and room layout was convenient.
