The homeless are not on the property but walking around and always asking for money at the neighboring gas station. Just a little unease about it, they follow you to the hotel at times asking for money.

Unfortunate stay at not so Comfort Inn
When we came in, the room offered to u has leakage under the AC. The carpet was all wet. We manage to get a replacement room. In the Bathroom under the sink, under the soap holder in shower are dirty. Found cockroach on the carpet. First room we got has tall mirror, second room after the exchange did not have that mirror. The luggage holder was ripped/burnt from previous occupant. They provided keurig maker but no complimentary k-cups. TV also has minimal channel. Hair dryer was filthy and smelled like it burnt everytime we use.

Great location, accessibility lacking.
Stay was ok. Front desk staff was friendly but not helpful. Room was clean. The accessibility room was not very accessible. Accessibility bathroom should have walk-in shower with bench and plenty of hand rails. The toilet seat should be raised. Couch was worn out and too low to get out of comfortably. Check before booking if you need accessibility.

The lobby and hallways smell like mildew and mold. The elevator stunk like sweat. The chair in the room was at least 20 yrs old and stank. Staff very nice, and im sure are doing the best they can. as a female I would never stay here alone. Thankfully my husband was with me. I made a note to never stay here again in my phone so I don’t forget and accidently book.

Location was fine; close to Dallas market!! Entry and room smelled musty, bathroom didn’t feel clean, area surrounding bathtub was nasty looking, no toilet paper roll! Breakfast was free but not real good! Cheap paper and utensils, water n pitchers, Probably won’t stay here again! Bed was clean and comfy, good pillows

Dangerous area at night. Sirens and random people lurking in the lot. Not enough parking spots. Saw a flea jumping around the bathroom floor. Woke up with bug bites all up and down my arm. HUGE gap under the door into the hallway. Had to roll up a bath towel and stuff it under to block the light and sound and try to get some privacy. Remote didn't work. Clock set to the wrong time. View overlooks a gas station, smoke shop, and underpass with a homeless encampment.

I would stay here again I like the area and the cleanness of the room and I just didn't like come down the stairs in the stairs and the door was opened and a rock in the door and it smelled like weed and the hallway also. Don't know were it came from, but it should haven't been smoking in the hotel period. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I was greeted with respect and the staff was really nice.

Not recommended. Maintenance man entered room without knocking. Main whirlpool inop. Poor quality breakfast. Got charged a no show of one night despite being there and clearly checked in. No itemized bill. Lucky I checked my bank charges or i might have missed being cheated out of $150.
