An asset to the company

Orin at the front desk was friendly, kind informative, and very helpful when my husband and I checked in. He told about all the different restaurants, stores, shopping nearby. He came and fixed the TV in our room on our last day there, he was very patient with us. And he had the best attitude throughout our entire stay. He is truly an asset to this company. Decent but could be better

I requested early check in to get some rest prior to my event and the earliest they could get me in was 2:30. Room was fair, bathroom still had hair everywhere and the water in the sink never got hot.

Prob.won't stay again.

The staff was great but our neighbor was not. They had the tv blasting all night, fighting and a crying baby with coming and going into the room all night long. The staff did call them to ask them to turn down the tv (didn't help but i appreciate the effort). Then the next day they were smoking weed in the room which filled our room as well. The breakfast was ok.

Quiet & Clean

Room was clean, cozy and quiet. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and kind. Breakfast was excellent. One dayshift front desk gal needs to get off her cell phone and be available to guests rather than hide in the office. Housekeeping had to fix my room key because she was MIA. The pool area needed better upkeep but other than that, we very much enjoyed our 2 day stay.
