Decision point to go here was the Jacuzzi. Hot Tub was hot but the tiny zero impact jets were overloaded by fierce bubbles which gave a rough, uncomfortable ride. RE-place the jets (stuck in under buttocks position) and integrate the bubbles into much stronger HP jets that actually function like a real jacuzzi. The second big issue was your website says "free airport shuttle". that is a lie. Reality is: 1) free airport shuttle ONLY from DFW and not Love Airport 2) Irritated, but after I took the train from Love to DFW, and called for a free pick-up, the same manager on the phone--with zero empathy said, ' Oh, we do not run the shuttle to DFW between noon and 6 PM!! It as also not a par of the registration nor on the website. So 1/2 of the workday their shuttle is shut down. One more recommendation, 2.5 miles away there is another Holiday Inn with the exact same name (confusion??) and prices but they DO have a 5AM till 11PM free shuttle

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were only there one night, so can't comment on housekeeping. The hotel is in average condition, I think in the next few years, the rooms/bathroom will need a facelift. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and affordable.

We had a late check in or else we wouldn’t have slept here. This place needs a complete renovation, update and deep deep clean. The humidity level in the room was dank and wet and smelled and the AC unit wasn’t able to pump air to the other side of the room. The shower ceiling was gross. The carpet was even worse. Gross gross gross.
