This usually my go to hotel! Last few stays there have been problems! This last stay the AC smelled like urine! It was extremely bad! I would have requested a different room but I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t have the energy to pack up and switch rooms

Will need to paint and keep the inside of the rooms from going down. Wall trimmings, borders, base boards are looking bad even caulking at the bottom on the outside of the tub. Noisy this time compared to the last time I stayed. Heard someone walking above on the 4th floor. Heard doors closing and loud voices. When I stayed back in 2022, it was alot nicer and quiet.

Overnight stay to watch Friday HS football game.
The check in clerk was very nice and efficient. The main issue was the comforter cover on the bed needed washing. Sheets were clean. Hotel is located on a quiet street. Breakfast was good and well presented.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas North - Addison is by far one of the best hotels!! I came in town for the Cowboys/Saints game over the weekend, and this hotel met all of my expectations. I always book a room at this hotel whenever I’m in town. I didn’t mind making that drive to Arlington, from Addison. I knew that I would be staying at a luxurious hotel. Ms. Trish is a jewel, and this hotel is VERY blessed to have her as an employee. She goes the extra mile to make every guest feel welcome and appreciated. I give the housekeeping staff and groundsmen two thumbs up. They do an AMAZING job maintaining the upkeep of this hotel. The room interior, as well as the exterior area is VERY clean. This hotel is located near many eateries and shopping attractions. Even with all of the attractions, it’s still a very safe and quiet hotel. The halls and exterior are well lit. The complimentary breakfast is DELICIOUS. There’s a wide variety of delectable foods to choose from. It’s always hot and fresh. I just love the modern feel of this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m already planning my next stay there. It’s ABSOLUTELY the best!!!!
