Very clean! Excellent breakfast! All staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed here to attend a Hope for the Heart conference at the Allen Convention Center. This location made it very easy to get to the Convention Crnter every mornin . Several good restaurants within walking distance! Enjoyed my stay here and look forward to staying here again.

Let's be proactive!

The hotel, in general, is a very nice hotel. They have a great breakfast selection and the entire property was very clean. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed conversing with them. Our only problem was the toilet. It kept trying to fill up after about every 5 minutes. We informed the front desk on the day that we checked in and was informed that they would notify maintenance. Upon return to the room that evening, the toilet was still not fixed. I informed the morning manager the following morning and they said that they would notify the maintenance person. Upon return that evening, the toilet was still not repaired. I informed the front desk manager the following morning and they said that the maintenance person would be notified. Upon return that afternoon, the toilet was still not fixed. The manager offered to move us to another room but we were checking out the following morning and did not want to pack and unpack for one more night's stay. It would have been nice if we were offered another room the first night, or the toilet repaired the first day vs having to have this annoyance for 3 days. Otherwise, we had a great hotel stay.
