The hotel is clean and quiet but needs updates. Be aware that cell phone service is basically nil. I was informed that the entire block is basically a dead zone. We could connect to wifi but making or receiving calls was impossible, only texting.

Give Dee a raise!!

Dee was very sweet and professional upon check in. I didn’t have any other interactions with anyone else but just the one with Dee I knew this was going to be a great stay. The breakfast had a lot of good choices accommodating to different diets as well.

The only issue I had was with the TV going out because of the weather. I would think you would have something other than Direct or Dish Satellite.

I didn’t realize until I was in their parking lot that I had booked the wrong night. Customer service told me to cancel and rebook. I tried to do this and was not able to so I had to go somewhere else. I was still charged for this room even though customer service told me they would work with the hotel to get me a refund.

Room was clean and nice, but the shower had no shower curtain and soap dispenser in the shower was broken and non-operable. These are things that have clearly been overlooked and not taken care of.
