Nice hotel, Very Close to Dos Equis Pavilion

We were going to a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion and needed a place that was reasonably priced and close to the venue. This fit both of those criteria. It was very easy to get to and from the venue and was close to several places to eat. The hotel is clean and the pool area and fitness room are very nice. The rooms are big and the bed and pillows are comfy. If you come back at night, the parking is pretty limited. The breakfast is a C- at best.

I liked that it was clean and the employees were very nice. Breakfast was not my favorite but it is decent. It is close to shopping stores and restaurants. The floor squeaks so you can hear people above you walking sometimes and you hear spots in the room.

Amazing stay at a great price. Rooms were clean and pool was perfect for kids. Staff very friendly and breakfast was delicious. Definitely will be my go to stay when visiting Dallas!!

My friend walked out and left key on inside. I know the front desk person had seen me walk in and out if the front door several times with him and only him. He was not given an extra key. This was in the morning and due to a medical condition when I actually get some sleep I tend to sleep very hesvy. It took him banging on the door for many minutes before I finally woke up

Clean hotel, Close to arboretum

We participated in the Dallas Arboretum Artscape Art Show and this hotel was only about 10-15 minutes from there, so the location was great. Pros: The hotel looked fairly new, so it was clean and orderly. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and there was a microwave & frig in the room that I didn't realize was available. No mention of it on their site. One of the bed side lights was not turning on, but they fixed the 2nd day. The shower faucet was perfectly located...not under the shower head!!!! Why don't all hotels do this!! But the bathroom door was so long that it would not go over the bath mat. Cons: We had to pay for parking...why? It's a big parking lot and little to no traffic around. The breakfast was very lack luster. The 2nd day there weren't even any cheese slices. Overall a nice hotel for the price.
