Great

We arrived at 2am after a long drive and were quickly checked in and in our room within 15 minutes. The room was extremely clean and well stocked. The hotel was quiet and the free breakfast was delicious and coffee was available 24 hours and was always hot and delicious as well. We were in Dallas for a concert at the American Airlines Center and traffic made exiting the hotel parking lot difficult at times, but that was the only drawback to our experience!!

The rooms were nice and clean with plenty of space for luggage, groceries and still to sit and chill without having to sit on the beds. I especially loved that there was ample surface area to set things down on (counter tops, night stands, etc) and lots of drawer space. One thing I really did not like having a barn door for the bathroom! It didn’t give much privacy at all. The staff was kind and accommodating.

Stay away

Ada room had no shower chair. 4th floor left vulnerable in case of emergency. Pool was dirty and no working ADA lift for my wheelchair bound 11 year old to do the one activity he is able for fun and exercise. I was blamed for not calling ahead to see. I will lodge complaints as appropriate with various parties. No 30 min extra check out though Dr appointments were at 1– didn’t even look just a flat no. Gross and not willing to comp or reduce rate. Breakfast was laughable.

There’s a good bit of highway noise, but they provided earplugs in a mask which was appreciated. I was there for a week for work. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay there again.

Mediocre with terrible service

Hotel is located near downtown Dallas and ten mins from Love Field, which was convenient for us. The room was huge and clean, very much like pictured. The front desk service was terrible. You barely got a grunt in response to your questions. One of the two elevators was out during our two night stay making things a bit slow. I used the stairs when the wait got to be too long (we had two rooms, one on the third floor and one on the fifth.) Free and ample parking. The breakfast was horrible so we went to a local brunch place. The "free" coffee carafe downstairs was either empty or cold so that was frustrating. I would not stay here again, I felt like we overpaid for what we got.
