The mattress closest to the door is dead, slumped inward. I told the front desk this the last time I was in that room as well. Also, we asked for a roll-in shower and it seems that hotel doesn't have any at all so the website should be updated. Lastly, the "back" exit door by Rm 144 on the first floor opens opposite how it should. Anyone exiting in an emergency would have trouble. The door opens from right to left, there's a fence to your right and straight in front of you so you have to somewhat close the door to get out to the left, especially if you're carrying anything. Not handicap friendly either. I'm surprised it passed a fire Marshall/ADA inspection. Breakfast was good, as always. The room was clean. The AC was turned down before I got there, thank you.

Nice hotel, the ladies up front were nice. The only thing I wasn’t aware of was that they didn’t have people come restock your rooms daily or at least every other day. We had to go the front desk multiple times for more clean towels, because they don’t have pool towels so we had to use our room towels.

This hotel was very nice, and very clean! Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay here! The Home 2 Suites are very convenient with their compact kitchenettes and roomy areas. Bathroom is wonderful with a beautiful led lighted mirror.

We arrived at 2am after a long drive and were quickly checked in and in our room within 15 minutes. The room was extremely clean and well stocked. The hotel was quiet and the free breakfast was delicious and coffee was available 24 hours and was always hot and delicious as well. We were in Dallas for a concert at the American Airlines Center and traffic made exiting the hotel parking lot difficult at times, but that was the only drawback to our experience!!

The rooms were nice and clean with plenty of space for luggage, groceries and still to sit and chill without having to sit on the beds. I especially loved that there was ample surface area to set things down on (counter tops, night stands, etc) and lots of drawer space. One thing I really did not like having a barn door for the bathroom! It didn’t give much privacy at all. The staff was kind and accommodating.
