Loved the cute ambiance and the bar area. Also the daily fresh baked cookies! Nicely decorated room with large bathroom. My only complaint was that the restaurant was understaffed at times and looked very unclean as in all the tables were not bussed. Not a good look at all.

This was one best overall hotels that we have stayed at! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was absolutely perfect with comfy beds and tons of space for our son to play with his toys at night. Overall great trip. Definitely will stay next time in the area!

Big NOPE from me.

Before bed, we noticed some water on the floor. We assumed our daughter spilled a bit from her water bottle, so we wiped it up and and went to sleep. In the morning, I woke up, put my feet on the floor to a squish. I turned on the lights to realized water had seeped up between the vinyl tile on the floor! I called the front desk for assistance. They brought only three towels. I was told they knew it was an issue with the second floor. Thanks for the heads up! Some overnight bags on the floor were soaked. Awesome. Love waking up to mystery fluid.

Staff told different answers daily about the pool being open, tried to speak to someone and he just walked away from me while I was asking questions very rude in front of me and my children. Housekeepers were more friendly than front desk we will not return here.
