This property is so unique. The gym had good equipment. The bar and kitchen are nice and the staff was extremely friendly. I had a fantastic stay.

I was very disappointed with the front desk staff that I spoke to after searching for an item I left behind. It made me reflect on the type of service I received while staying there and it was not friendly, warm or inviting. I will not be back. It is unfortunate that staff members are not trained with a customer service mind set. My rating is more a reflection of my experience post stay, but has an impact on my poor rating for overall experience.

Only problem we had was no hand towels or washcloths in the room. They gave me hand towels and said they were short on washcloths. When I insisted on a washcloth the gentleman at the desk seemed a little put out but eventually had some sent up. Otherwise everyone was very friendly. It was very clean and pleasant. The food at the “bar and bistro” was good. The surrounding area is lovely with a nice walking path behind the hotel. Comerica Center is a short easy walk.

Thus was by far the best hotel ive stayed in in a very long time. Its surrounded by tons of shopping close to the highway and stull in a quiet area. They hitel is beautiful from the lobby to the rooms. It was spotless i almost walked on the floor with no shoes. They have everything you need except a fridge but the rest of the property was so comfortable we didnt mind. The bed was so comfy and did I mention clean. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay again!!
