The room server it was the worst ever we order food and they take like two hours to bring the food to the room, and the lady who bring the food it was Subaru. She gave me attitude for no reason.

Front desk wasn’t there upon arrival and had to flag someone down to find her even though I called ahead to let them know my arrival time (8pm). Called later about the wifi and was told it was a “Free Upcharge”. I don’t know what that means as I opted out of what could have been an additional fee tacked on. Had to pay separate fee for amenities I didn’t use. Tried to call to order food, was told there was a QR code in my room. There wasn’t. Called back and couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the desk, went down from the top floor to the front desk while still on hold on my phone and the front desk was not speaking to another guest nor was she on the phone. Restaurant bartender was very nice and so was cleaning staff. The front desk person needs new a job.

Brand new property, clean , staff was fiendly, parking was great. The bathroom door needs a weather strip, its a big beautiful door, but a big gap to see right in while your on the toilet, not a huge deal breaker but could be improved. Also the bartender took over 5 minutes to get to us, and no bar was not full by any means. Plus Plus the executive cheif had a chat with us at breakfast very friendly! Would stay again if had the chance.
