Extremely friendly staff and clean hotel. Rooms were large and well maintained. Bed was comfy! Quiet and very relaxing atmosphere. I loved their daily coffee/tea service in the morning and afternoon refreshments. Only downside to the visit was the pool was closed for the winter when we visited in October.

We come here for the excellent staff and the location. Hotel is aging but eccentric and fun. Service here best out of all three Texas ZaZa locations even though the other locations offer newer amenities that justify the cost. Fun bar area.

Another fun trip at ZaZa! Thank you to the friendly ladies at the front counter on Friday at 1 pm who helped me to get into my rooms a little early so I could put a cake and some decorations in there for my mom's 75th birthday. You all made the occasion so special! I really appreciate your flexibility. The valet is awesome as well. They brought my car around super fast each time, and they even drove us to dinner Saturday night. It's small things like that that make ZaZa my preferred hotel in Dallas. Dinner at the restaurant was also very tasty. We will be back!
