The hotel itself was great. Big clean room, good free breakfast, quiet despite being at the airport. But the shuttle runs very infrequently and the hotel did not have the staff to deal with many flight cancellations. Pro tip, the hotel is a short lit safe walk from the car rental center. Taking a bus there and walking was much faster.

We loved the very friendly staff, check in was so quick and easy, and we especially loved the breakfast. I was with my family of five and us girls slept great on the very comfortable beds. My husband didn’t love the pull out couch but we were only there for one night so no big deal. Highly recommend this hotel, if we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely be back! Thank you Hyatt!

Not sure what reason was but room was hot from the time we got there until probably 3am. Set to 66 and was 74 for majority of that time. Staff was friendly. Overall not impressed probably wouldn’t stay again.
