I love Hyatt but this property was a little different. First off I never experienced housekeeping leaving my door open the first night. We got back to our room and I was like what is going on?? Why is my door cracked open. We also expressed that our sheets were not changed during cleaning since I stained it with food. The front manager was so awesome and gave us a free night for a future stay at any property. Thank you so much!

Hotel Fine. Hotels.com TERRIBLE!!! Never again.

Hotel was fine. I will never use Hotels.com to book again. Misleading late cancellation policy. Took my money, wouldn't cancel. Paid for 5 nights and only stayed one due to travel plan changes. The only reason I paid for the cancellation insurance.
