Went to Dallas for a weekend trip. Stayed at the Hyatt and for the price, everything seemed very nice. Will definitely stay there next time I’m going down there.

A dog lovers paradise
Nice property, big room with comfy bed. The only drawback was the dog smell in the hallways. I noticed about a half dozen guests with dogs. Walking dogs thru the lobby and down the hallways. Don’t have anything against dogs. I just don’t like the smell. I hope they only allow dogs in certain rooms but I’m not sure that’s the case. Will probably ask about that if in the area again. If every room has a pet option we will probably stay somewhere else next year.

Customer service was great. They were generous enough to give us an extra hour to check out. The only negative was that there was NO cart available for us to use when we arrived so we had to make 3 trips up & down from the 3rd floor with an infant in tow to get everything in. NOT pleasant. Overall great stay but if management reads this PLEASE provide more carts.

Family weekend fun!
The night staff though shorthanded was awesome! All was so nice and polite. We ordered a late night pizza. They explained how long it would be. No problem. But then she got slammed with check-ins and we left our key cards up in our room. The little lady that also worked there, explained the desk girl got slammed and it may be longer on the pizza. We told her we would wait because we locked ourselves out. We went to explore the exercise room. A few minutes later the lady came back with 2 new key cards. Our pizzas were ready in just a few minutes. They were awesome! Loved the room we had....with plenty of space. Beds were great, we all slept good. Can't say enough about our stay!
