A charter bus had just dropped off their passengers and i thought OMG...but in no time we were at the service desk and checked in within no time we had our room and relaxes a bit till the trolley came picked us up for the Rangers game....breakfast was amazing

I was in Dallas for a conference and I liked that the hotel was right by the highway. The hotel staff were excellent, the housing keeping staffed check daily to see if I needed anything, the property itself was clean. The only thing I didn’t like on my floor (5th) the air conditioner unit was leaking and I walked right in a soaked carpet. The staff must have noticed it the next day and cut the unit off, but then I had to deal with the worst smell of wet carpet and mold. The other thing is that the hotel bathroom is way too small, you literally have to wiggle your way around.

Great stay, everything was clean, in good repair, and staff was friendly. Upon checking out i noticed that i had left my wallet in the room when trying to pay at Whataburger. Called hotel and dpoke to front desk, when i got back they had my wallet fully intact including cash. Very trustworthy, would definitely stay here again.

The reviews already posted are somewhat true. We arrived on Friday afternoon for a 3 night stay and when we woke up Saturday there was no hot water in the hotel anywhere. The front desk said we would have hot water in 15 minutes and we did. The hotel could use some upgrades but it was extremely clean and the staff was so nice and friendly. If you do stay here take your own pillows and blankets because as the other reviews stated the pillows are flat and should have been replaced a long time ago. TO THE MANAGEMENT: You continue to disregard your bad reviews and that's why you are only a 3 star hotel. Your future guest maybe the ones that don't book with you because you never apologize or change anything to make the reviews any better. The pictures included are from our 6th floor window overlooking Six Flags. The location of Hyatt Place is amazing, but it is ONLY A 3 STAR HOTEL BECAUSE OF POOR MANAGEMENT.
