Staff and condition of the hotel was excellent. Layout of the room was awkward though. You couldn't shut the bathroom door without standing in the tight corner next to the door. And the light for the bathroom is outside the room, complicating things when you don't want disturb someone sleeping.

The lobby is welcoming,, the beds are comfortable, the room was quiet. The bathroom in our room is barely big enough to turn around and the shower was old and had many hairs present upon check in. Water was a great pressure and hot though! The pool water was murky and the area around the pool was messy and unkempt. Breakfast area is small but we were thankful for it !

The first room we were in the thermostat was broken, phone was broken, we tried to struggle through it but by night time between that and the amount of bugs that kept jumping on the bed and on my kids, I had to go to the front desk and request another room. The second room we had no bugs but then our tv didn’t work, it kept disconnecting from the signal and it kept shutting on and off in the middle of the night so we had to unplug it. Luckily it was just a one night stay because it was just not comfortable or enjoyable.
