I stayed there because I had to have a medical procedure in Grapevine and so I don’t remember much but I do remember that the front desk was very kind very friendly and we were able to accommodate me for deliveries that were made to the hotel. I would stay there again

I was disappointed that the last night of my stay, the light beside the bed wouldn’t turn off - it just dimmed. So I had a light shining on my all night. I mentioned it when checking out so the light could be fixed before someone else stayed in the room. The desk agent barely acknowledged the issue. I wasn’t looking for anything except maybe an “I’m sorry”, but was surprised that the agent just shook his head in acknowledgement & looked away.

Need repairs

The hotel staff was good, I was disappointed in the damaged look of the doors, bathroom ceiling, and chips of wood on the furniture. The sink didn't drain properly. The water never really got hot only lukewarm. I felt like I should have been in a 1 star hotel and in a bad area due to all the damage to a lot of the furniture. The flooring in the hallway needs to be repaired where it changes from tile to carpet. Oh, I also asked for a late check out. They receptionist I spoke to NEVER said that there is a 10 dollar fee to do so. Lack of communication on that front, but was pleasant.

This is my third time staying at the Hyatt I like the cleanliness, the convenient locations and the sitting areas in the units This time I left a couple of items behind and the staff has been wonderful in helping me get the items returned.

Property was just okay! We have stayed at Hyatt Place properties recently, and were more than satisfied with the facility. But this property was underwhelming and looked really dated. The free breakfast was average at best. Based on our experience, the price charged was excessive. We’ll try again before giving up on Hyatt Place.

Easily accessible entrance, nice nearby parking, staff friendly. The only thong i didnt like was o was asked to make a deposit for "accessories" i think is what she said. Whe i asked what that entailed, she was sort of nonspecific. The room was very nice, but i was afraid to unwrap a paper cup for drinking. Please be sure to refund that deposit when i check out. Im taking pictures.

This place is in a great location! Easy access to multiple freeways, tons to do in the area. Easy check in, friendly staff. Room was eh...needed a lil love. Carpet in one corner was not tucked into the baseboard - looked rather shabby. In another corner behind the door, was a dead bug or insect that had been there for a while. The HVAC unit will not be able to fight the Texas summers but was sufficient for this colder snap in February. I would probably stay here again but only after exhausting other options in the area. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety.

Great stay in Grapevine

Hyatt Place was a great choice to stay at. The staff was super welcoming on check in and check out. The room was clean, the grounds were clean and we felt very safe coming in late in the evening. The breakfast was simple and good, plenty to choose from and they kept it clean and refilled. the only thing we were a bit worried about was the elevator, it was screechy and shaky and felt like it was gonna break any second, although it never stopped working for us and it was fine. It just sounded terrible...lol. Would definitely stay here again as it is very close to everything and includes a shuttle to the area within a 5 mile radius. What a bonus!
