Good place to stay,comfortable and roomy
It was a nice place to stay, creamer and other items not available. The staff looked for it that evening and we were told there was none. Breakfast the next day had an white egg muffin type that was not good. No one in our large group liked it or finished it. . The young man at the desk explained the order had not come in with supplies with a possible delay again. He was very apologetic. I suggested next time if the hotel allows, someone needs to make a trip to the grocery store. Everything else was spot on with the accommodations. Food suggested by staff,Bonnie and Clyde's is a must,large variety. Our group got several different items. Each items was exceptional.

The plumbing in our room wasn't working & we had to call the front desk. Maintenance wouldn't be in until the next morning, so we had to move to another room. This was very inconvenient.

Our stay at Hyatt Place Grapevine was great until we went for breakfast. I believe the kitchen was understaffed for the large number of folks staying for the weekend. The variety of food choices was low and running out when we went to eat breakfast. The tables should have been wiped off when previous consumers were finished. We have been to competing chains with a better breakfast at a lower price. We will consider other choices in the future. Dan

Not completely satisfied .. Our sink was clogged and water was flowing so slow. Window glass was terrible dirty.. Inside room mirrors needed cleaning. Breakfast was good.
