Elevator broke down multiple times. And we had multiple people in wheelchairs. The staff did work to get it fixed. Outside door lock also didn’t work.

We had a two night stay and attended the Red River Rivalry game. Beautiful hotel, nice friendly staff, breakfast had so many options. The Dart station stops about a block away, which is a great alternative transportation to downtown. Overall great experience— will definitely stay again.
