The hotels a little dated, but the staff are amazing, tentative helpful and always greet you with a smile, the place is also ideally located to the main roads, and is a $8 LYFT ride to the stadiums, and close to resurants, cheap and cheerful ypu get what you pay for there, with the added bonus of top staff

The toilet tan the whole time. Getting the tv to cast was a lot to do. There is no way to heat up food in your room you have to go all the way down stairs and its just one microwave. Also the closed the hot food down but app says its ipe 24hours

1 night birthday stay

Our stay was okay, but not quite what I’m used to, especially compared to a previous Hyatt Place we’ve stayed at before. The bed was very firm, which made it hard to get comfortable. Also, when booking a double room, I assumed it would be two queen beds—as is standard in many hotels—but it turned out to be two full-size beds. It would really help if the hotel specified on their website and any third-party booking sites that the room includes full-size beds instead of queens. Sleeping in a full bed was uncomfortable, especially for two people. The first room we were given had no hot water, so we had to switch rooms. Thankfully, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they helped us resolve the issue quickly. However, the bathroom in both rooms felt dated, with cracked caulking around the tub that made it look a bit worn. One highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast. My family and I really enjoyed it, and I appreciated that the hotel still offers this amenity—especially since many places have moved away from providing free breakfast since the pandemic. Overall, the staff was great and the breakfast was a nice touch, but the hotel itself could use some updates and better clarity on room details.

Very nice stay

The staff are all very friendly. The breakfast is free and good. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. A great place to stay to go to 6 Flags, Rangers or the Cowboys.
