This hotel was nicely situated between Dallas and Fort Worth permitting us easy access to both during our four-day visit to the area. Our room was quiet and clean. The fitness center had quality equipment. The complimentary breakfast options were good with fresh fruit alternatives every day. All in all, this was one of the nicer, affordable places we’ve stayed on our many road trips around the country.

We were not pleased with this hotel room. The room in general was in disrepair, particularly the door to enter our room was unreliable and felt unsafe. We ended up leaving to stay elsewhere.

Upon Arrival I Was Not Greeted The Over Night Clerk Was Not Customer Service Friendly The First Room Smelly. Dirty. Leaking. Stains. Hot. No Working Phone 615 I Believe Went And Told Her Everything She Pretended Like She Was Concerned And Writing Everything Down Little Did I Know She Wasn’t Worried About Anything I Had To Say Gave Me A Different Room 628 That Room Hair In The Shower Toilet Wasn’t Cleaned And The Room Tag Was Barely Hanging On Called For A Refund They Rejected It Manager Never Called Me Back And Whomever Took My Call Very Rude All In All I Would Never Recommend This Hotel Horrible Experience First Time Ever Having An Experience Like This
