the place was spotless, the staff were sweet and helpful, but there werent enough of them. Seems to me for a hotel of this size there should be two people at the desk So if one of them has to help with an emergency, the desk is not empty for long with a note As soon as I checked in I was informed the card reader was not working. I asked what about cash but was told since the register isnt working, No. So no snacks, not even water.I was told there is no restaurant due to this. It was never open excpet for the breakfast. then I was told there were two restaurants walking distance , yes but they were up a steep hill lol

This is the best hotel in the area for price in my opinion. It's very nice, clean, spacious rooms, and very friendly staff. The location is great, it's about a two minute drive from The Harbor which is where we spend most of our time.

I was very disappointed to find out the AC in your room only comes on when you are in it and "moving" around. everyday we came back into the room it was off and hot then would come in with us in the room. When we were sleeping it got hot, I guess because we were not moving around. the hallways and elevators were very hot. I understand it's the heat of the summer, but when you have the AC set at a certain temp in your room, it should stay cool for when you get back and certainly while sleeping.

I find soap piece smashed in the tub. Is a double bed and sofa bed. Meaning at lease 6 people will be there. We were 4 and only 3 wash cloths, hair in the tub and floors. And in a 4th of July weekend I needed a getaway I liked the pool here in the pictures because I had booked at the Hilton across the street but wanted quiet location so because pool I choose this hotel but it was out of service no notice until I got to the hotel after driving two hours on 4th of July I didn’t expect that. Kids disappointed, had to drive to a water park. So nope I didn’t had a good experience
