DFW is in need of a facelift and it looks like they are working on that. The Hyatt service was excellent, but the hotel itself looks like it has seen better days. The room was very clean and the front desk staff were very nice and friendly.

One off disappointment this trip

We have stayed at the airport hyatt several times recently. It is usually our go to. Never had a complaint!! WE were very pleased to receive an upgrade this time. Unfortunately the tub was not clean (hair in the drain) and we could not get hot water!! I did mention it to the front desk and they were kind enough to comp our restaurant charges from the night before. I am going to consider this a one off as usually we are very happy.

The Staff is awesome! Very helpful and pleasant. My wife was impressed by all the little extras like the ice-cold fruit water, free cookies and even small candies. The shuttles ran on time with very friendly drivers, and they were very convenient. Definitely one of the better hotels we have stayed in.
