The hotel, staff and support services were great except we did not get our wake-up call which could have been disastrous. The proximity to DFW was a super plus. We had one "nit pick" issue with our room. There were only two cardboard coffee cups in the room - hard to drink scotch from a soggy cup.

The hotel is very convenient for overnight connections. The shuttle service was great. The restaurant had good ambiance and my meal was good, but the brisket sandwich was a real disappointment, particularly in Texas. Another small disappointment was the $3 charge for a bottle of water. That should have been included considering the price of the room. Room and bed were comfortable, and service was good.

There should be more convenient way to travel between terminal C and the hotel. Currently, the only way to walk between terminal C and the hotel was to traverse the parking lot and climb and descend multiple stairways. This was very challenging to walk with luggage. There was no indication if there was a shuttle available upon exiting terminal C.
