The absolute loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The party in the atrium doesn’t end until 1am. Got terrible sleep both nights. Stay here if you’re a loud and drunk conventioneer

This is a very large and beautiful hotel. Rooms are spotless and clean. It’s just right next to the Reunion Tower, conveniently. Room service was excellent in service and feed. Friendly staff at the restaurant and delicious meals. I was impressed with all the technology and convenience that they have put into the rooms (lots of power outlets, automatic motion sensor undermount lighting under the bedside table in the dark, ability to connect your phone to watch favorite media subscriptions like Prime Video, YouTube, etc. Bathroom is clean and beautiful with all the amenities. A hair dryer that actually dries. Check-in counter attendants were a mix of nice or not so customer service oriented staff. When I checked in, the guy checking me in didn’t even give me a bottle of water, while clearly giving another customer one. He instead told me to go buy it in the cafe behind me, where they changed $4 for a small bottle. I found the room already had one for $3 a bottle, a dollar cheaper, bruh! That wasn’t nice. Why be so petty with customers over just a bottle of water?! Another room for improvement was, although it is nice to have shampoo/conditioner/body soap pumps installed inside the shower, but they mounted it right next to where you stand under the shower head. So you are constantly bumping into it. They should’ve placed it towards the back, away from where people stand under the shower. Valet was amazing. Overall, I loved my stay here.

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Great dining options. You are able to enter the Reunion Tower through the hotel. Very clean!
