One night in Dallas
Had one night's stay here after spending a few days in Waco for Silobration. The staff were very friendly and let us check in a little bit early. Which was appreciated given how hot it was outside. Hate we had to pay for parking, but with the car tag we were able to go in & out easily. The pool area looked nice too.

Staff was nice and welcoming. The machines at the coffee bar where cash only (no cahs=no coffee). The plugs to the room where the coffee machine was has a shelf mounted in the way of plugging anything in! THe pillows were hard and so was the bed.

Good location right next to the freeway and quiet at night time. Good bar downstair with free water dispenser by the elevator. Clean room, right water pressure. Knocked off one star due to the check out representation was browsing on her computer during check out (it was at 4AM), when I came to check out, and asked her to checked me out, she said she was doing audits, can't check me out now, and just place my room key in the bowl. Acted like I know I'm supposed to know that she's doing "audits" and to place my room key in the bowl?

We had a great stay at the Hilton Richardson. It was located right off the highway, check in was easy, the room was clean and spacious. The only thing that wasn't great was there was a soft spot on the floor of the elevator that seemed concerning. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We had a quick little one night getaway to this hotel. The hotel appears to have been renovated within the last 10 years maybe. The outside needs repair and they were working on the roof while we were there. The front check in person was somewhat rude and dismissive but the food was good however overpriced. The pillows are EXTREMELY soft which caused neck pain and my husband and I could not sleep well because of it.
