I normally have an amazing stay but this time was literally not the best. Cold shower, disturbance by the maids twice after a late check out was requested, pillows smelled like dogs and not to mention one of the front desk staff told me he was sorry for the wait time when checking in only to be told by another associate not to say he’s sorry.

Upon first entering the room, I noticed that it hadn't been cleaned. I went back down to the front desk, and they quickly got me into a clean room and even upgraded me for free! Wide range of breakfast options hot or cold, pretty quiet considering how many people were there. All in all a good stay.

The hotel itself was clean and well appointed. The room was nice, but was a low-light environment. One of the lights by the bed was extremely dim and useless. However, night one, the elevators quit working after I brought the luggage up to the room. Not a problem as they were working in the a.m.. The breakfast was great and was served by a very good cook with an aim to please. On departure day, the elevators were not working. We had personal business and needed to check out. I went to the front desk which was staffed by a young woman, who was playing with her phone and showing pics to another staff member. I advised them the elevators were not working, that we needed to check out and bring our belongings down. She said they were installing a part in the elevator and would let me know when they were available. She did not ask for my name or room number and went immediately back to her phone showing pics to her colleague. She gave not offer of assistance getting our things out of the room and obviously wasn't planning to contact me about the elevators since she did not know who I was. My wife has serious back issues and both of us are seniors. After waiting a while with no time in sight, we lugged everything down the stairs. Fortunately we were only on the second floor, but we should not have needed to do this, or to ask for help. None was provided. We will never frequentl La Quinta again.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Quinta! The customer service and facilities are top notch. Our room was beautiful and cozy, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

The staff and personnel at La Quinta Lewisville is by far the best feature of this location! They are routinely kind, helpful, respectful and responsive in a timely manner; especially: Frank, Chris, Courtney. The bed was so comfortable, good coffee, expansive daily breakfast options, clean room. The concerns we noted: elevator not working regularly (need to use stairs), unable to fully close bathroom door, smoke alarm not attached to ceiling, ceiling needs to be painted from previous repairs, toilet trap water was too low resulting in needing to flush more than once, ant infestation at indoor pool and after 4 days they were treated with a repellent spray then left dead in place, pool not available at designated times, pool towels not readily available, no ac or ceiling fan for ventilation in fitness room. Please know that despite these irregularities for mostly accessory activities, we will stay here again.

All employees I encountered were friendly. The hotel is very clean except there was a black spot on the floor between our beds. The bathroom and bathtub was very clean which is major for me. No spots, stains, mold or mildew of any kind in the tub.
