The first impression I got when arriving was the stench of bad odor. That was the same on the 4th floor. Thankfully the room didn’t have the stench. The internet is free but I think they use 3g network still. It’s extremely slow and nonexistent really. I had to use my phone data. The staff didn’t seem friendly. The only good thing about this place is the steakhouse restaurant next door.

Pool was closed. Came here with 2 kids and paid extra for the pool and now we dont have one. Booked a double bed and were told they overbooked so all they had were king suites. The hide a bed was very uncomfortable.

I’d go back but issues abound
Very clean also maintenance was very helpful. Key to room failed several times. Faucet in tub really loose and sink very, very slow to drain. Toilet was very dirty on the outside. Breakfast had no variety offered from day to day….laundry facilities for visitors hadn’t worked in over a year

Wish I could just review this hotel based on the staff as they were excellent,especially Bett who answered questions for me over the phone prior to my arrival. All the staff was great and the food was very good for the free breakfast. But the pull out sofa was so uncomfortable and the cushions were stained. This is below LQ standards, not within control of staff.

This hotel is super old. The bldg I believe is breaking down. The manager Jane and her staff had nothing but "Im Sorrys" for their poor service. 1st night I encountered staff sleep at the wheel, 1st day there we couldn't get into our rooms because of the old doors not reading keycard, elevator holding onto to us - not opening doors for 25/30 seconds 😑 Avoid this place if you can! Its just not safe. Period.
