Hotel is nice, comfortable with a good breakfast. After traveling 13 hours, I arrived at this hotel to checkin Friday night. The lady at the desk, Lilly, obviously didn't want to be there. Her personal phone call was on speaker, and she didn't greet me or give me eye contact for several moments. Though I was standing directly in front of her, I was ignored, so I told her my name and that I had an online reservation. There was a glitch in my reservation, and instead of trying to help, her attitude became very harsh, and she didn't care if I stayed or not. After paying for my room, she handed me the room key. As I reach for the keys, she verbalizes my room number. I am a female traveling alone on business AND SHE LETS EVERYONE KNOW MY ROOM NUMBER!! I could not believe it, and I told her that was unsafe and very unprofessional to let everyone hear the room number of any guest. She became angry at my comment, so I recorded a video of her with my phone. She tried to swipe my water bottle and purse off the counter and told me I was bullying her. I asked to speak to her manager, and she harshly told me I could talk with her on Tuesday when the manger would be back at the hotel location. Lilly was on duty the next night. I apologized to her and said I was tired beyond tired when I checked in and if she took my exhaustion for being mean, I apologized. "I've been in PR for many years, and I know how people are" was her reply. I won't return. There are other choices with No Lilly

I specifically booked this hotel because of the pictures of the fitness center. When I had checked into the hotel and went to look at the facility, the fitness center was non existent. They had completely lied about having a workout center with weights and machines but only a couple of cardio machines were found. I had booked the trip in a company credit card or I would have immediately canceled the reservation and demanded a refund. I was told it was under construction but nothing was mentioned on the website and they were using an imaginary fitness center.

It was nice and peaceful. The Lobby was clean and smell fresh. The outside patio/pool area was clean. The elevator was hot inside and made noises which kind of startled me. Breakfast the usually. Rooms was decent and clean,need a dresser draw to put clothes. Overall it was Nice.

The property itself appears to be well kept however it needs some upgrades. As an example in my own room, the wash hand basin in the washroom was broken as water accumulated in there and didn’t it even drain out. I was going to call for that but I was only staying the night so didn’t want to go through all the stress. The breakfast as well was not all that to be honest,
