Staff was great but the conditions of the room was horrible. The bed had a big hole in the middle, smell of the room was musty and conditions were more old school and not up to date. Iron board was broken and iron didn’t work.

Doors in the bathroom were dirty with like make up fingerprints, the doors being white makes this stand out a lot. Also, the door does not have any type of cover at the bottom so there is like literally an inch of light coming in from the hallway and it’s very hard to sleep like this.

They lie in the advertisement, there is a photo of a workspace with a computer but in the hotel there is no such space, my son can't do the school activities, the manager is not present, the lady from the workshop says she wouldn't call her because she would be busy in a meeting. It didn't offer me a discount or compensation, it generated internal conflict with my son who doesn't want to go to the library to carry out his studies, disturbing my entire home office work schedule, they don't know how to manage internal problems, they just don't care about problems.
