Staff is friendly, but language barrier that makes communication a bit difficult. The hotel is clean. Room is clean. However, tub/shower ran constantly. Could not get it to completely shut off. Toilet had to be flushed twice. A sign stating room cleaning is reduced to 3 days was not clearly visible and was told about the 3 day cleaning process ….as we had taken towels down to get clean ones. We requested room cleaning on Saturday…day 3 of stay…..then again twice on Saturday morning. We got back to hotel around 5:30 and room stilll wasn’t clean. Was told they were still cleaning rooms. Soooo STILL cleaning rooms at 5:30pm? Check in is st 3pm?! So complained, got back to room and within 5 minutes there’s a knock. The cleaning stsff was there waiting. So put shoes back on and went downstairs and waited in the lobby. No apologies. Get back upstairs she’s just leaving. Would no go back

Hotel was dirty while remodeling. Hallway with paintball over the carpet. Bathroom sink clogged. I advised from service lady but she didn’t fix it. I do not recommend.

Such a disappointment!

The room was not ready for anyone to stay in. The bedspread was dirty. The curtains were broken. The shower curtain was ripped. There were no cups to use for water or coffee. The beds were so tall my mother was unable to get into them without a step stool. The thermostat was broken so the room would cool but not to where it was set so it was warm the whole stay. Finally, there was construction that was not noted on the reservations and we did not find out until we checked-in which wouldn't be a problem except the hallways were torn up and a mess! Just all in all a disappointment especially for what we paid!!

The hotel is under remodelation, we understand that inconvenient part. The dangerous problem was the elevator. We stayed for 2 nights on the 5th floor and elevator only worked 2/3 times. They saw the technician trying to fix it several times. We never trusted the elevator anymore.
