I killed 2 big cockroaches, let the front desk know, he gave me a card to contact the general manager & I emailed him & my email was rejected, called the number listed on the card & it was the number to the hotel instead of the GM. I definitely won’t be staying here again. They need to fix their bug problem.

We found two roaches in our room during the night and breakfast was advertised for 5am and we were told it wouldn't be available until 7. We had to be at work by 7 so that was disappointing

They Have to do better for me to stay there again
So, upon arrival my first thought was I booked this hotel before, and we had to cancel it due to the unlivable and the smell from the hotel. Then I walk in to check in but before I completed the check in, I asked the cashier could I see the rooms. He stated sure. We went up the elevator and the smell were still there but much better but as we were walking, I heard a dog barking, and I said to the cashier if he had other rooms available, he stated he will check. He wasted ten minutes of our time checking for other available so I told him we will just take the room. We checked out the room and it was extremely better than last booked. Next of course we checked in. Therefore, we had planned that night, so, we shower and left. Lastly was the breakfast, the hotel stated we had hot breakfast, and we were only giving hot coffee, eggs, and waffles, no meat was provided at all. Next, we heard our neighbors baby crying all morning which this wasn't a restful morning. we checked out and left the hotel

The hotel is being renovated, you can tell it was previously own by someone else and they didn’t take care of it. It had door off hinges on 2nd floor, paint cans on hallway floor, the smell of paint, some of the towels had brown spots on them. They shouldn’t have those nice photos on site of hotel. It doesn’t look like that.

The property is undergoing renovation, the hallways and lobby are unclean, with no attempt by motel or contractor to sweep or vacuum. The outside of the property had trash and debris around the building and in the parking lot, with no attempt to keep neat. We thought the room looked acceptable until we looked at the bottom of our feet, and they were black from dirt. The pool was not available, nor anyplace to sit for a very limited breakfast, with signs saying breakfast cannot be taken back to rooms. I was also charged $30.00 for arriving before 3pm to check in.

the property is going through an update.the rooms where 80% complete, doors and trim, hadn't been repainted. the lobby and hallways were still pretty much under construction. It was a Saturday night so work was done for the week and it was quiet. The beds/furniture/bath were mostly need and clean. For a one night sleep it was fine.

Pool was unavailable & the gentleman didn’t even bother to apologize he got an attitude about the situation. Also down the hall there was a dog & all it did was bark didn’t let us sleep.
