Good stay small inconveniences

The hotel was a good place to stay at. The staff was friendly. The cleaning staff was friendly as well. The beds were soft and the pillows just right. A couple of opportunities where the remote to the TV wouldn't work as well. You had to press hard on some of the buttons. The TV channel for, I believe, Comedy Central was not working and kept on loading. The doors to the rooms slammed to close really hard. So it made a loud noise throughout the night when people were checking in late, or leaving early in the morning and you were still asleep, or trying to get some sleep, those loud doors made it very inconvenient. The restroom door had no lock when in use. Still a good stay just some minor inconvenience.

Quickchwck in, but the descriptions about the room was in acvurstr. Wanted 2 quenn beds but we were put in a room with 2 doubble beds for 4 people.and that didn't wotk. Had to pay an extra $60 to be upgraded to s suite with a pull out bed and then we had to buy ablow up mattress to accommodate my son.room was old, TV didn't work the first night and then the second night the Netflix did not work and their was nothing tbey could for the whole stsy. Breakfast was ok potatoes were still raw though and the waffle never cooked all the way through. Verry rude front desk espat night.
