Pay a little more, stay at the Holiday Inn next do
Noise - was told when the people were being noisy for over 3 hours that it would stop when lights were turned off, and the staff member did not move the peple or fix the issue. The rooms are not clean. Some do not have phones in the room, and do not trust room numbers on phone because they are rarely correct. Some only have one trash can in bathroom. Some do not have a chair for the desk. Rooms are not always clean - don't look too much because you don't want to see the trash hidden behind beds. Refrigerators are sticky. They need to clean all surfaces. They have minimal towels available and will tell you that. AC units are loud and leak. You can find all types of bugs from roaches to crickets to silver fish. Internet is shotty and does not work and you lose connection frequently. TV is not really hand the channels or more are only audio, you just see a screen saver.

The only things I didn't care for was the lack of any hand and bath soap in the bathroom. Front desk though did bring some up. And just one minor pet peeve. The toilet paper was strung with paper feed in the back instead of front. LOL. I thought all motels and hotels followed front paper protocol. Also the signage is not the most visible from the feeder road as the hotel sits a ways from the street.

The room was clean. The lampshades in the room were al broken and cracked. The bathroom had a leak on the ceiling and there was a leak on the bathroom floor. Housekeeping was every other day which is very inconvenient. Hallway carpet was stained and the walls around the elevator wereall chipped, scratched and beat up! The staff was very accomodating.
