Awful service and room
Service was awful!! We waited outside the door for 15 minutes because no one was at the front desk to let us in. We had a reservation, and then when they finally showed up she acted like we were inconveniencing her. Just awful. Then we got to our room, I wanted to watch college football, and the tv did not work. I tried everything I could to get the tv to work. The last thing that made me mad was, when I woke up that morning the tv was on and working. Just overall a real bad experience

The Four Points Sheraton of Plano is a nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The AC in my room was not working but after playing with the buttons on the thermostat it started working. The sheets were scratchy and the water pressure wasn't strong enough for the fancy shower head to work properly. Other than that it was a great place to stay.
