Rooms were not clean. Instead of not cleaning when a guest hangs a privacy note, housekeepers clean ONLY if you ask for the service, BUT they don’t inform the guests of this policy when they check-in. I complained and they said it was a privacy issue. Nevertheless, of the 4 rooms, one was clean, 2 were dirty and in the last one had new towels but the bed was undone. Very bad experience!

The stars are for Maddie at the front desk, she knows what the front desk job is about. The cleaning crew did not come one of the days I was there.

Room was mid 40 degrees when we checked in at midnight so maybe got to low 50s by the time we went to sleep an hour later. They did an incidental charge of $25 at check in where we did not use anything in the room and had a mysterious $44 charge the day after check out. I tried calling a dozen times but nobody picks up. Disputed the charge with my CC. BEWARE!!!

Price was first…. The property is modern and clean. Our room was clean and nice. I have never had a hotel breakfast with so many hot and cold selections. We travel to Dallas often. This will be our go to place. Price next time won’t be the first factor.

Breakfast didnt have butter, no attendant there to serve. The TV in the room was broken and the front desk was not courteous. They used harsh language for communication with the guest.

The staff was extremely friendly. I had to immediately book a hotel because my inital hotel cancelled my booking with no notification and I was already in town. The front desk person I called to confirm my arrival was really kind and helpful and sent a follow up email with the hotel info, so I wouldn't have the same issue as before. When we arrived to the hotel (11p), the lady working the desk was also sweet and helpful.
