It's ridiculous that hotel guests have to pay for parking their own cars in the hotel's own parking lot. If there was valet parking, that'd be different. And a service charge added on to your hotel restaurant bill when you eat right there in the restaurant instead of room service?? Just no...

No body wash in the shower, so I had to wait about 30 minutes after jumping in the shower to get a refill. That was extremely inconvenient and therefore I was late to my event. All of the ice machines were broken and I had to go to the bar to get cups of ice, also very inconvenient. No maid service, so when I walked in the bed was unmade and I had to call the lobby for clean towels, which took about 20 minutes to receive. This hotel is being run very poorly.

Elevator, tv and parking

One of the elevators was not working properly. Ice machine was out of order and had to go to another floor. TV is sincerely outdated. Should be able to mirror from my phone to the tv. Online it just said parking included. It needs to state there is a fee for parking just like other hotels. It tells you what the fee is.
